This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of Saddlery Direct. Online Service (the Service) including shopping and participation in promotions run by Saddlery Direct.
Purchasing from Saddlery Direct.
Saddlery Direct online shopping gives customers convenient, quick, easy, and secure shopping.
Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using a secure online Visa and MasterCard transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment. Saddlery Direct does not hold onto cardholder information.
Capacity to contract
Orders can only be placed with Saddlery Direct by persons with capacity to contract who are over the age of 18.
Pricing
All prices in the online shop are represented in local currency (NZD for New Zealand). Where applicable local taxes are shown and included in the total price. All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time.
Credit card transactions are processed in New Zealand, in New Zealand dollars.
Security
We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from DPS to process online orders. Customers can see their cards being authorised and debited in real time, all in an SSL secure environment. The Hosted Payment page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience.
DPS is committed to protecting the security of your data. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities secured by the latest in surveillance and security technology. When we transmit sensitive information (such as a credit card numbers) over the internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Credit card details stored on site are encrypted using 168bit 3DES encryption. DPS is also certified AIS compliant.
Shipping
Please ensure you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. Saddlery Direct will not be responsible for orders that go missing when the customer has incorrectly advised us of their address. Should you enter the wrong address, Saddlery Direct is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Returns
Saddlery Direct takes every effort to ensure the quality of our products arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order please email us at margie@saddlerydirect.co.nz and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue. Goods will only be accepted for exchange if received back at Saddlery Direct in a new condition. Please note we cannot refund postage and packaging
Use of the Service by You
Your right to use the Service is personal to you. You may not authorise others to use the Service, and you are responsible for all of your own use of the Service.
The Service's content, information and advice are free of charge (unless otherwise stipulated). However you are responsible for your own network and connection charges.
Privacy
Saddlery Direct never passes on, sells or distributes your information to anyone else. If you choose to join our mailing list we will email you monthly with product news, upcoming promotions and general information. At any time you can unsubscribe from our mailing list.
